Servicing both our own and other manufacturer’s equipment:
We can tailor packages to suit individual or organisational needs and provide all appropriate compliance documentation to ensure you have peace of mind as well as value for money.
Care
Around the clock support is available and the phone is normally answered within three rings by one of the team.
We know the vital role that moving and handling equipment plays in improving the quality of life for service users and that it’s important on the occasions when things do fail, you have a team on hand ready to respond.
The service team carry a chosen selection of spare parts on their vehicles backed up by a 2000sq ft dedicated spare parts warehouse, stocked with parts ready at the point of need – not just for our products but for most common moving and handling equipment.
All members of the team visiting you have undergone a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) / Disclosure Scotland check as part of the recruitment process with regular re-checks carried out as required. Engineers carry photo identification detailing their DBS/DS number as well as company details and contact number.
Prior to any visit you will be called to discuss an appropriate date and time to suit your diary and needs. Upon completion you will be provided with a copy of the documented work which has been carried out to ensure your satisfaction.
Enabling
For more complex needs, we provide, install and maintain bespoke overhead hoist systems allowing single person transfers from room to room.
We have our own Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) accredited installation team that comply with current Health and Safety Guidelines and are able to carry out works with the minimum of interruption.
Risk and Method Statements for works are available electronically and are also provided in hard copy when attending site.
With all hoist systems a sling is required to suit the service user and task at hand. We provide sling testing services on site in accordance with LOLER Regulations and for larger organisations can maintain an asset register to enable you to keep track of slings entering and leaving your facility.
