Free COT approved courses

For 2020 we have combined our Postural Care courses to offer a single course which has an RCOT Approved Learning award.

Usually Neuro Physio Rosie Bartlett would come to a venue local to you  but due to current travel restrictions we have had to make some changes.

Rosie now delivers 6 x 1 hour modules each including a 40 minute pre-recorded presentation followed by a live Q&A session. We have given this the title “Postural Care: How to minimise the risk of pressure ulcers and manage contractures”. It does what is says on the tin!

If you miss a module, all is not lost as this is a rolling programme – we can schedule you in for a catch up at a subsequent session.

Free Family & Carer Workshops - Currently Suspended

With this knowledge and the on-going support of the therapists involved, we find that successful outcomes are within everyone’s grasp. For some years now, Symmetrikit Postural Care Workshops have provided families, carers and staff with a solid introduction to 24Hr Postural Care skills.
