We are still busy supporting our Customers and End Users while protecting the welfare of our Employees and the general public.

 

General enquiries and Order enquiries are still being handled by our team working from home; our web based phone system has proven to be both reliable and seamless, allowing them to support you with what we hope you would see as a pre Covid level of service,

Manufacturing has continued throughout and will continue to do so. All products remain fully available and we can deliver through a number of channels to Equipment Services, Hospitals or, even, directly in to the users’ homes where safe to do so.

 

Our Service Engineers and Service Support Team remain fully available for maintenance and service requirements.

Our Field Sales Team has been supporting Customers successfully using a number of new innovative methods:

 

Remote/Virtual Appointments/Assessments

 

We have been successfully conducting Visual Appointments/Assessment using a number of tried and tested methods – this has allowed us to produce quotations, set products up and conduct reviews.

For all orders placed during this time using our Virtual Options, we are offering a Money Back Guarantee.

We have successfully been using platforms such as Zoom/Teams/WhatsApp/Face Time.

 

We have also developed simple Assessment Forms for our Symmetrisleep system, our Seating range and for our Slings which have been proven successful in supporting the Virtual Assessment Process. Clinicians and Families have found this works well and we will continue to make it available so that you can easily obtain the right products for your needs.

 

Face to Face Appointments/Assessments

 

Face to Face appointments have been necessary, in some instances. In ALL Face to Face appointments, we are equipped to meet all Infection Control/Cleaning/Social Distancing Protocol. Where Social Distancing has not been possible we also have adequate equipment to manage this.

All of our Field Team in operation are equipped with the appropriate PPE and cleaning equipment to clean/decontaminate all products used before and after every appointment.

We have a number of Field Staff on standby to cover appointments UK wide.

 

Training Videos and Documentation

Webinars and On Line Training Courses
